I give notice that TW and HT Jones intend to apply to Denbighshire County Council for planning permission for Erection of an agricultural building for the housing of Free Range Poultry (Egg Production) and all associated works at theban, Ruthin, LL15 2ir farm at Ffynon Tudur, Llanelidan, LL15 2HY.
The land is identified in red on the plan alongside.
Before formally submitting proposals to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 (as further amended), the proposal must be subject of pre-application consultation.
